What happens after you enquire

Three steps, no call centre

1. We reply within a business day

A person from our team, not an auto reply. We ask about the SDA category in the plan, the support the person needs and where they want to live, and we tell you plainly whether we have a home that fits.

2. A private walkthrough

You, your family and your occupational therapist see the home at a time that suits, with the support provider already working there if it is a shared home. Photos and a plan can go ahead of the visit.

3. Paperwork, then the move

We prepare the SDA service agreement, confirm the funding with the NDIA and set a move in date with the support provider, so help is there from the first night.

Where our homes are

Most of our homes are in western and south western Sydney: Merrylands West, Sefton, Pendle Hill, South Penrith, Tregear and Cabramatta West, all close to a railway station, shops and a hospital. In regional New South Wales we have a Robust home at Kelso, beside Bathurst. In Victoria we work from our Cranbourne West office across Melbourne's south east. Every home is purpose built to the SDA Design Standard and certified by an independent SDA assessor at the drawing stage and again when the building is finished, and each listing names the Supported Independent Living provider already working on site.

Because we are the SDA provider and not the support provider, you can change who supports you without losing your home. If you do not yet have SDA funding in your plan, you are still welcome to look, to visit and to ask questions; our guides explain how the funding works and what evidence the NDIA needs. Walkthroughs are private and by appointment, and we are happy to host the participant, their family, their occupational therapist and their support coordinator on the same visit.

Talk to us

If you are looking for a home, or supporting someone who is, we can talk you through what is available and arrange a walkthrough. If you are looking at SDA as an investment, our guide covers returns, demand and how our end-to-end service works.
